Every Formlure piece is printed to order in Kuwait. Nothing waits in a warehouse — your order starts on the printer once it is placed.

Production and delivery

  • Orders are produced and delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
  • We deliver inside Kuwait only.
  • Delivery is free on orders over 30 KWD. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We message you when your order is on its way.

Made to order

Because each piece is printed for you after you order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Please check the colour, the size and the options on the product page before you order. If you are unsure which colour to choose, message us and we will help.

If something is wrong

If your piece arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@formlure.com or on WhatsApp +965 9602 3330.
  • Send a photo of the piece and of the packaging.
  • We replace the piece at no cost, or refund you in full — whichever you prefer.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days of the issue being confirmed.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge within 12 hours of placing your order, or any time before printing begins, whichever comes first. Once printing has started the order cannot be cancelled.

A note on 3D printing

Each piece is built layer by layer, so fine layer lines are part of the finish, not a fault. Colour can vary slightly between batches of filament, and between what you see on a screen and the piece in your hand.
