Formlure is a Kuwait-based studio selling 3D-printed lighting and decor through formlure.com. This page explains what we collect when you use the site, and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address when you place an order.
  • Your name, contact details and message when you write to us.
  • Your email address if you ask us to tell you when new pieces are released.
  • Basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit, collected automatically to keep the site running and secure.

What we never see

We do not collect or store card numbers. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and your card details are entered on their system, not ours.

How we use it

  • To produce your order and deliver it to you.
  • To contact you about your order, a return or a question you sent us.
  • To keep our accounts and handle any warranty claim.
  • To send you updates only if you asked for them. Every message has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only with the people needed to complete your order: our payment provider, the courier who delivers your order (your name, phone number and address), and the company that hosts this site. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising.

Cookies

The site uses cookies to keep your cart and your session working, and to measure basic traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but the cart will stop working if you do.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and for any warranty claim. Other details are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@formlure.com and we will answer within a few days. Some records must be kept for accounting even after a deletion request.
