These terms apply to everything you buy from formlure.com. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Who we are

Formlure is a Kuwait-based studio that designs and 3D-prints lighting and decor, and sells it through formlure.com.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm it and the payment has gone through. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if a price was listed wrongly, if the piece cannot be produced, or if the delivery address is outside Kuwait — and we refund you in full when we do.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our payment provider.

4. Made to order

Each piece is printed after you order it, and is produced and delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Fine layer lines are part of the finish, and colour can vary slightly between batches of filament.

5. Delivery

We deliver inside Kuwait only. Responsibility for the piece passes to you on delivery. If nobody is there to receive it, the courier will contact you to arrange another time.

6. Cancellations and returns

Cancellations, replacements and refunds are covered on the Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these terms.

7. Use and care

  • Our pieces are printed in plastic and are made for indoor use.
  • Use LED bulbs only, 9 W maximum. Do not use incandescent or halogen bulbs.
  • Keep pieces away from heaters, ovens and long hours of direct sunlight.
  • Clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. No solvents.

We are not responsible for damage caused by use outside these instructions.

8. Our designs

The designs, names, photographs and text on this site belong to Formlure. You may not copy, reproduce, 3D-scan, re-print or resell our pieces or our designs without our written permission.

9. Liability

As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute.
